I Miss Using it
I've used a B5 Supplement before as a skin vitamin. Then I went off for a period of time and I started to get a number of skin scabs of various types, all I was told by my doctor not a major concern. It does really work
Normally use NOW brand, it’s good. This is better. For acne I use a high dose for it to work Different benefits require different dose. Can’t tell you what to do so do your own research. Will continue to repurchase

You really do get a lot for your buck here
It seems like a great product! The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the magnesium stearate they use as a flow agent. Overall micro ingredients seems like a healthy choice and good company
