I would recommend really to stay away from this company and this basin, is it was extremely late and coming which cost me three days of pay and when trying to get hold of the company they didn’t actually get back to me to the day it was coming. It turned up with bolts missing. Luckily Husband is a tinker and has extra bolts in his garage. Very flimsy, so for Clients wants to get up the whole basin flits forward again. We’ve had to modify that to get it to sit on the floor properly.I will recommend really saving up another hundred or so, and I’m buying something that’s better. I’m going to use this for the next few weeks and get something else

Delivery arrived in 2 different parts on 2 different days which wouldn't have been an issue had we been informed of this . We obviously presumed there was a problem.( in fairness they responded and sorted this out quickly ) Our main issue was after putting it together we realised that the whole area where the plug is was not sealed in my poor husband had to take it all apart again and go and do this himself. Also the design is weird the front area of the base of the chair doesn't reach the floor so as soon as anyone sits on it it tips forward. Not great for our senior citizens . I found the back bit that blocks in the unit fits perfectly under the base . ( see pictures )Luckily ours is up against the wall so the back is hidden .

We just set it up and it is of very poor quality. Very unstable and falls to the side if the person getting up from the chair puts even slight pressure on the hand rests. We have asked the builders to do some diy to stabilise it. Screws and Holes for the back rest were missing, so we had to buy couple of screws and drill holes in the back. The shower head looks very cheap. Very dissatisfied. Not worth the money spent on it.

Had to buy a rubber mat to stop it sliding when in use! Could do with some sort of fixing to the floor

Good but be better with some type of fixing to attach to floor to make steady

DO NOT SIT your customer because it moves alot, it will not fix on the ground or stay in a place .plastic basin with a poor design, water drops from the basin to the ground, poor design and poor quality, very disappointing. Waiting for the seller response…poor quality and design, plastic basin, move all the time and will not fix to the ground not safe at all to sit.
