Totally disagree with anyone saying it’s a useless product. I’ve had mine for over 6 years. The instruction state that you need to take fruit out if freezer for 15-20 mins before using. I literally set a timer, leave lids off to defrost enough. Make sure your banana pieces are ‘bite size’ don’t over force fruit through, it should be relatively easy with slight pressure. Don’t put in ice cubes and I’m sure like me you are going to be thrilled with it, especially for kids or grandkids!!
