Q: Hello... how do you remove this phone case?????

Hello and thank you for your question, to install the case or remove it from your iPhone first you need to take off the front frame of the case. This hard plastic frame can be removed from the a small bevel on the bottom right corner of the case, between the frame and the rubber housing. Peel back the rubber housing to reveal the hard plastic frame. Peel away the rubber housing and you're able to remove the frame safely. Once it's removed you can install your iPhone or remove the case from your iPhone. Q: Is the back glass or plastic?

Hello and thank you for your question, the case's backing is clear transparent plastic. The only glass included with the case is the glass screen protectors which are included with the case and are installed separately.
