Easy to use and keeps contents ( Tea ) still very hot after two hours plus.

I have just bought my third jug - previous two having lasted for years. I use daily as a water jug to take to my bedroom every evening. The water stays cool all night. First introduced to this type of insulated jug whilst staying in hotels in the U.S.

Disappointed after having a larger one for many years

Lid is hard to get off. Doesn't retain heat.

This was bought to keep milk cool ( a thermos in reverse) in the study fridge. More preferable than the bottle and easier to pour from when making tea first thing.

Oh dear this is much smaller than it looks on the picture so silly me should have checked the volume. Also not as good quality as I expected. Best to buy this type of item from a shop rather than online perhaps.

Really pleased with this item, keeps coffee hot for a good while.Had to buy a second one as my wife is now using the originalI use in conjuction with an Aerolatte ceramic coffee filter (size 4)
