Fitting of perspex windstop Mercedes SLK R172
The Perspex wind stop is OK although I think that there is a higher level of draught than with the mesh deflector. I does have the advantage of giving better rear vision when the roof is raised. The really poor aspect relates to fitting it. There are no instructions. Two thumb screws are supplied but no spring washers or locking nuts! This is a great pity because the Perspex itself seems of a high quality.Room for improvement!

Looks good but not very convinced by the fixing method
Looks good but not very convinced by the fixing method, two screws are needed on each bracket to hold them place at the correct angle. With just one bolt per side the brackets twist. I didn't feel it was safe for going along the main road at 70 mph with the roof down.
