Ex skeptic enlightened
once upon a time i was a neanderthal hard style externalist (40+years)...no more... baguazhang, liuhebafa and yichuan!...why reinvent the wheel?... the Chinese have had this stuff sorted for a LONG time... looking for a primer on stake/pile standing...look no further...get this, Tom Bisio's Circle Walking Neigong, Ted Mancuso's Learning Baguazhang (and his dvds) and Tangora's Cloud Hands... literally decades of work...thanx Lau Shrfu!
