I’ve always been thin but then menopause happened and I still had skinny everything except my gut. I’ve tried so many things- diet pills, herbs, increased exercise and even though I am thin I still had a bloated uncomfortable belly that just didn’t look or feel healthy. I tried holistic approaches to good gut health, thyroid disorders and even had great bloodwork tests. So on to insulin resistance because my glucose wasn’t high enough for diabetes but just borderline to say “hey maybe this is the problem “. So I tried this brand but increased my dose to 3 pills a day (usually after or during a meal). My stomach is no longer bloated. Not only that but I’m done a couple of pounds and clothes are fitting comfortably again. Because I feel it’s my sugar intake I have also cut down on sweets and I only eat 45 grams of carbs per meal. My carb/sugar cravings are down also. I have cut out carbs and sugars in the past with ok results but now that I’ve added this product to my routine I am pleased to say it has made a difference! Give it 30 days. I saw a difference after 2 1/2 weeks.

I give this three stars as of now pending further use. I have only been using the product for about a week. Early results tend to show some lower blood sugar readings but not where I want to be as of yet. After I use the whole bottle I will do a update as to my results.

It seems effective so far, but it might be too early to tell for sure. Since I started taking it, I do feel more energetic.

Great effectiveness

These are very good to use to keep blood sugar stable. They will not bring blood sugar to normal on the first bottle. You will need to purchase more bottles to hope to reach an A1C of below 6.

Results come gradually. Take it over three months to see any results. Not something you want to try for a month and hope for results.

Like product

I have read so much great things about this supplement that I purchased 2 bottles as it is affordable. The supplement arrived 2 weeks ago, I started using and got my blood sugar test last Friday. I got my result today. My BbA1c went up by 0.2 and my weight went up by 1 kg. The result is not very encouraging. Well, maybe I should give this supplement more time and I will take the blood sugar test in 2 months' time, only then, I can see the real result. For the time being, I just do not want to put my hope too high, of course, I want to reverse my type 2 diabetes. Now 18 Oct 2021, my BbA1c is still within the 7 range, not going up or down. My weight has increased a bit like 1 to 3 kg. Other than that, everything remains the same. Cant' really say this is a great product. I am trying another product to reduce my BbA1c to less than 7 and get rid of diabetes type 2 totally.
