Rainy PNW! Bosch micro-bevel work fine for me. My wiper strategy is to buy less expensive blades that clean well and replace them annually with the savings, they last about 2-years so changing them every year means the blades always work well. I pay less for two micro-bevels than one Icon, sure the Icon is a nicer blade but a new Micro-bevel out cleans a one year old Icon so after replacing the blades annually I’m better off over the Icon during the second year.I purchased 4x Bosch Micro-bevel which were shipped by a third-party, all four arrived damaged as the blades broke thru the plastic packaging and struck the shipping box bending the tip of the blades. Amazon has limited return or contact the seller options so I ended up straightening the tip and keeping them but they streak at the tip.. I won’t buy blades from Amazon again.

The BOSCH 40710 MicroEdge will fit 2017 Buick Encore but now how it comes in the package. There is a simple fix to make it work. You have to pop off the center connector which is snapped around a center pivot point / rivet. It's easy to pop off with just a little bit of force, you won't break it. After you have it off you need to reinstall in the opposite orientation. The center area of the wiper blade metal frame is symmetrical. The goal here is to make the longer end of the rubber (that sticks out past the metal frame) be oriented towards the center pivot point of the wiper arm (where it comes through the glass).If you don't do this then the wiper blade will stick out past the black cover that comes with the vehicle / the cover won't fit. The reason is the OEM one is 9.6 inches long and this Bosch one measures 10 inches.
