It took trial and error for me to learn how to use it. It’s a excellent lunchbox, you have to push the button twice to start the heating process. It doesn’t warm up all the food the first time then you pushed the button Again and heats up the food to where it’s hot. This may be like this product a lot . Very well-made.

You have to charge it for every single use. The 2nd time I used it, my food would get warm on the bottom and cold on top.

I bought this for my husband when he’s at work. He’s on the road all day and this definitely comes in handy . The bento sections are definitely a plus and I like that it comes with its own silverware. The only thing I wish it did was circulate the heat so all of it would get hot at the same time. He’s able to manage it though by spreading the food out more between the sections. Again, not as for the price.

I love using it. It heats up food great as long as it’s not frozen food (because then it has to defrost the food & reheat it) pretty easy to manage & keep clean & when not it use it can be on the charger.

This unit is a great idea but not executed very well. Here’s the quick version the honey bees short 30-35min heating time won’t heat food all the way. Sometimes the top will remain cold. The charging time is kind of long and makes it an issue when you are trying to heat two meals through the day. (Breakfast & Lunch) if you forget to turn on the honey bee you’ll have to wait 30-35 mins for the food to warm up. It comes with a wall charger and car charger so you can charge the unit on the go. The unit takes about 3-3:30hours to charge in a car. Be carful this my drain your vehicles battery. The unit has a decent capacity at 950 ml but it is limited due to the tray being sectioned off into 3 parts. As much as I like that it is taking up space that you could be used to fill with food especially since the units tray is not that big. I highly suggest saving your cash and going for the Luncheaze. It heats more uniformly. You can buy replacement trays and batteries so I’m never worried about having batteries charger I just tell the unit when I want to eat and it will automatically heat itself up so that by the time it’s your lunch it is hot, it has an adjustable heating temp so if it’s too hot for you you can bring it down.

I'd recommend putting it in a plastic bag while you're transporting it-THE POWER BUTTON is too easy to press. It's poorly designed to where it's protruding slightly from the outer shell. It gets pressed in your backpack or bag too easily and will start heating up. Why did you guys design it this way???-inaccurate heat time. Your food will be cold on the top if you follow their instructions. I give it over 1 hour to heat all the way through.-takes 6 hours to chargeOverall, I still like my lunch box but you have to have patience. Your food will be hot if you give it 1+ hour to heat. The manufacturer is no help if you have any issues with the product. There's a rattling sound coming from the bottom and they have yet to reply to me.
