The packaging was very good. Custom foam inserts and sturdy box. The internals were also packaged well. The unit itself was flawless. Did not look used. Booted up well. A few things to note. The unit comes with a Wi-Fi dongle attached in the back. It worked to boot up windows and install the windows license. It is not sufficient to use at all for any type of updates or downloads. You need to purchase a modern 2 band Wi-Fi adapter and discard the one that came with it. After the new dongle was installed, the Wi-Fi is blazing. The included keyboard and mouse are nice, and the included Bluetooth dongle works well. $300 for a GTX 1660 with 16gb ram and 500gb SSD with I5 Intel CPU is an incredible deal. Very happy with this purchase. Would purchase again.

I got this for my friend and I to play games together on pc, as soon as he got it shipped to him for his birthday it would not play any steam games, they would crash almost every time after 5 minutes. We decided to worry about this later but then the pc itself would unload to the main bios menu and have to manually correct the BIOS. Now the computer turns on but will not connect to the monitor at all. it just beeps at you and sits there doing nothing, cant even web browse or play small simple games anymore.

The computer worked perfectly right out of the box and is very fast. I'm not a gamer so I didn't purchase it for playing games. I bought it for the price and storage capacity. The mouse is cheap and would cause the screen to jump up and down when scrolling so I put my old mouse on it and solved that problem. I also didn't like the small keyboard that came with it. It worked but I just didn't like the feel of it so I put my old keyboard on too.

Update, I had to erase my previous review, after doing several searches on the internet about this configuration, I have been warned the power supply in this unit is not powerful enough and unsafe in this configuration, with this gpu. A replacement 600 watt decent apx one and the 800 g1 24 pin to 6 pin adapter ran me 81 dollars. There is a guy that prints an apx. Psu to hp case bracket on Etsy, to attach an atx psu to the case, for 13.50 shipped.This is still a good deal, if you don’t mind tinkering. The included Wi-Fi dongle did NOT work. Luckily I had one. Updating the gpu and system were painless. Included processor was a 15 4570 3.2 according to windows. but the benchmark program said it was 3.6(which is the 6500). I looked up the 4570 it’s basically only 2 percent slower for gaming and other tasks than a 6500, I don’t know if the upgrade would be worth the bother or what other processors the board handles. For mid level stuff it should be fine. The mouse and keyboard you can keep, if you have to mail it back. Otherwise they are trashier than the Wi-Fi dongle(and that didn’t work). Would recommend melting them with a magnifying glass, before you try it on ants, or jumping up and down own them, they are sorry. The rgb lighting is nice, and comes with a crap remote, that will probably break in a month. The case is nice , re wrapped, and free of blemishes. Lastly it came with a dvd drive, that was not listed. I will be installing Wolfenstein the New Order, I will post back after I run it for a few days, or with any hiccups I encounter.—-update—- runs Wolfenstein nicely, will be upgrading processor just to handle 2023 games a little better to an i7 4790k 4 ghz one. 100 dollars As is out of the box though, the thing is legit if you replace the weak psu. So In actuality, I sank 560 bucks into this total to get a system I like, and that is safe. I am satisfied with it.

The PC was shipped in great packaging with great padding for support. PC booted quickly, no issues. However, once Windows was set up I tried to connect to WiFi and was unable to due to not having a WiFi card installed. The motherboard also doesn't have the capability. So beware, even though it says WiFi and Bluetooth in the description, there may not be in the product.

Works out of the box and everything that it came with works.it can play gta 5 at very high settings at 60fps its fast and I had no problems setting it up. Very nice budget gaming Pc

Not even after a year and I'm having boot issues and can't run call of duty!

The media could not be loaded.  So it’s really slow sometimes. But that’s just because of my WiFi. The WiFi adapter isn’t the best but if you have an Ethernet cord which is a cat e5 by the way which I don’t so yeah it’s amazing for the price I had 120hz on but it goes higher 😁👍🏼
