can these work for 6mm pipes ?

We would not recommend these filters for 6mm pipe. These filters are approx 7mm and little short for 6mm pipe aswell.

Do these reduce the smell of what your smoking?

They don’t reduce smell. However they greatly refine the taste of your cig/joint. The charcoal actively cools the smoke as you inhale, reducing the tar levels and minimising the chance of getting a ‘smokers cough’. I can’t smoke anymore without these filters (extra slim 6mm recommended)

Can I cut these in half to fit my vape mouthpiece?

You can try, buy you will not have 2 filters resulted from there if you want that. You wull just have a smaller filter wich will got cloghed if you over use it! Best wishes!!
