Useless screws…
The handles are very good, but the screws provided are very poor. Two out of six broke off whilst being screwed into properly drilled pilot holes. Only way to get them out is with a metal drill. Highly inconvenient, screws should easily survive being screwed into a hardwood sash.

Very quick service and strong items
I have very large sash windows which are very stiff. These screwed in allow the window to be opened easily.

Simple easy to fit, pretty much identical to the ones they replaced
Old ones which came with the windows had corroded after about ten years. Maybe these will do the same but at the price still seems a good deal.
