I tend to go round the houses on cereals, switching between super-virtuous healthy ones and guilty pleasures. Somehow I've never tried these before but was glad that I did. They're relatively healthy (comparative to many other cereals anyway) but also quite nice tasting and with a good crunch to them, as well as being filling. I would definitely buy them again.
