Applied Nutrition ABE Pre Workout Shots Blue Lagoon 12 x 60ml

Love this pre-workout, the little shots are the perfect size and they are really effective when working out. Only downside is that the box they come in is always battered but that’s not really affecting the product, it tastes great, and is cheaper than buying separately at my gym so it’s a win win for me.

Nice

When I started taking these I saw a difference straight away in my gym sessions. It’s slightly different for everyone but it takes about 10ish mins for it to kick in for me.The flavour is ridiculously good - I’d drink this as a normal drink. The only thing is that you do end up building a dependency to this if you keep taking it and you’ll feel like you run out of stamina more quickly, when you don’t take it. It’s relative though and if you never took it, then you wouldn’t feel that. My point is though, you’ll definitely notice a difference with taking it and if you forget to take it one session, it might be a demotivating session.

First time I took it. I had so much energy I was pacing up and down the gym

Good energy

Lovely stuff, first discovered abroad very potent but pricey compared to powdered version.

Great pre workout super convenient and good taste

Prefer the drumstick flavor but this did the job 👍

Good 👍
