* update below*So far I’ve been very pleased with this shoe dryer. The variety of settings allows for custom drying and the ozone mode really does work to remove odor! I have both walking shoes and work boots which routinely need dried, and this has handled both of them and in only one drying cycle!I’m not sure if all makes do this, but my machine makes a ‘click’ noise when used in ozone model. Please see the video I’ve included to hear what I’m talking about. This does not make this noise when just drying shoesThe other thing is that the ‘arms’ don’t have a way to lock and if I simply put my shoes on the arms, they lower until the shoes are supported by the floor. This is not a big deal to me, but I do make sure the footwear is supported before I start drying. I think a simple lock mechanism to hold the arms in place could benefit this machine* update- I had a pair of shoes and a pair of boots begin to fall apart shortly after using this dryer. I had been drying on the highest setting and it was causing the glue to loosen and thus the shoes to fall apart. I would suggest using shorter durations on the lower setting for footwear. The higher setting may be good for preemptively warming or drying things like hats and gloves in the winter

After my son’s cleats started getting very noticeably smellier, I knew I had to change. I tried everything from throwing in sneaker balls however those just added that scent on top of the cleats smell making it just unbareable. I tried letting them air out, outside. That did nothing though, however didn’t stink up the garage. When I was putting out his cleats one morning my neighbor said I should try this dryer and deodorizer on my son’s cleats, and she sent me this link. When I bought it, it was on sale for 22 at the time. As soon as it Arrived I put it to work, letting it dry and deodrize the cleats. The Trick is you should start doing this routine as soon as you get a new pair, since getting the scent out of an already used clear is close to impossible. As soon as you get home dry the sweat from them, then you put the deodorizer on after it’s dry. You can do these options adjacent, however I feel the deodorizer smell adds in with the cleats smell. The dryer heated instantly and the process all together didn’t take long. You can as well choose from how intense you want the drying to be or deodorizer. After testing it out for a couple days, IT MADE A DIFFERNCE!! The performance on this machine was unmatchable and it was always consistent. The shoe holders flap down making it more portable so you can move it into storage easily. Probably one of the best products I’ve bought off amazon 10/10 would recommend!!

Small problem the arms don’t stay locked in place. Makes it annoying trying to put boots on. But it dries the boot and keeps the smell gone. Wish the arms wouldn’t flop down when we put them on though. Wanted to get a replacement but couldn’t do it in time because we were to busy. Now it’s not possible. Would give better review if not for the arms not locking in place

I bought it for the ozone production feature because it can help reduce the spores from things like athlete's foot and nail fungus. Heat and fan still works, but the ozone feature stopped after two runs. I could definitely tell when it was working as ozone has a strong scent and the unit was a little noisier. I'm pretty disappointed, but it's still drying my sneakers for the moment. My rating is honest, I have fans that are louder, and drying shoes smell no matter what. The controls are what you'd expect when a product's literature is going to be translated into several languages. I caught the drier on a sale and with a discount, that sort of tells me even the seller must have an idea their product was less than satisfactory. Granted I did not expect the product to last forever but I did expect it to not have issues on the first day.

Couldn’t wait to get this and try it! My favorite loafers cost me over $200 and they are so comfortable so I was so bummed as they began to stink. I wash my feet before putting them on but I don’t wear socks. Using those shoe deodorizers only made it seem worse. They didn’t help at all. As soon as I got this in the door after ordering it yesterday, I plugged it in and even before the timed cycle was through my shoes smelled brand new again. Just fresh leather scent. I am so happy with my purchase. I used the high heat setting with the ozone. I really like that it automatically shuts off when it’s done. I also like the aesthetics of the design and the clean white color. So easy to use and it works! Plug and go!
