This is exactly what I needed in my small office / gym. I needed a small pulley machine so that I could do specific workouts, and it works perfectly. I had an old rusty tower that used to work great, but I needed something smaller that could fit indoors. I also hooked up a paddle shaft to it so that I could work my canoe paddling technique and strength. Now I can watch tv while doing my paddling exercises, so I no longer have to choose between the two. Super stoked on that. It's pretty sturdy once you shoot it into the wall I am only using maybe 60lbs max on it, so maybe if you're doing super heavy weights then it might pull on your studs more. The included hardware was sufficient to put it all together and shoot into the wall. The bearings are all pretty smooth, probably not as smooth as the $1,000 systems, but for the price, I'm happy with it. The way I see it is that if there's a little friction going up and down, that's just more weight that I need to be able to pull, so the average quality of the ball bearings will make me stronger. Would absolutely purchase again.

The welds aren’t that great but I didn’t expect them to be. With the slide at the top notch and he pulleys make a grinding noise on both ones I purchased, I use the second from top notch. Front swivel pulleys rotate on the threads of the install bolt, not ideal, needs a bushing. Weight bars slide on bushings that aren’t close tolerance to the guide bars, I’m sure they will wear out fast even with proper lubricant. Easy to put together, if you use two like me I suggest adding a top connector to stabilize them against side movements.4 carabiners came with each set and you need 5 for each set. This isn’t gym quality stuff but for most it will serve well in a home gym type atmosphere. 4 out of 5 stars as of now, I’ll see how it goes with the lag screws in the 2x6 walls.

I like this product! I'm a 5'5 woman and love the cable machine. It's the only piece of machine that I need for my workouts. The only thing I have to say negative about the product is that it would not work for a tall person. The cable machine isn't all that tall compared to the ones you see in the gym. But all in all I like it and I've already put on enough muscle with just this machine. Stay dedicated 👌.

I'm not too mad about the overall quality, but when I actually used it I was very unsatisfied. When using light weight it tracks up, but will get stuck coming back down. I'm hoping it wears in and isn't an issue later. Also another big issue was that some parts to assemble were missing. A trip to the hardware store resolved the issue, but there was no getting a hold of customer support for parts. I will do an update later down the road
