Package arrived with 2 holes in the box. The small bag with the fixings was open, most fixings missing. No hooks - I’m guessing they fell out through packaging. Overall the quality was very poor

What you get not the same as the picture in the advert . The 2 top brackets look chunky , but in reality they are thin tim plates. Looks cheap.

I brought this item as it looks big and sturdy in the pictures. However, it is not. It arrived in a small box (which should have been my first clue). on unpacking the stand was damaged, and looked like a returned item that had been re-dispatched to me. The stand is flimsy and falls over when you sit on it. Not in my opinion a product worth the price. After much back and forth between myself, amazon, and the seller, to be honest, I gave up trying to get a full refund due to not being sent a new box, postage label, and courier to collect it, they refunded me 60% of the item (which still works out that I paid £55 for an item not worth more than £25) The only reason they got 2 stars is they are super quick at replying to messages.

Great VFM Coat Rack, however, if hanging several heavy coats on the hanging rail I would suggest fitting a furniture safety strap to ensure rack does not tip forward. Would be good if safety straps were included in item.

I had issues with this item but the company were quick and helpful, we went through a couple of negotiations but we came to an amicable agreement so I am happy with the quality of care.

The item is cheap and nasty. The were no instructions in the box. In the picture it looks quite sturdy, it’s not it’s flimsy.

La estructura general está bien, aunque no sea el colmo de la robustez.Pero el asiento a llegado una parte totalmente desgrasada y el resto con las grapas o fuera de lugar o a punto de caer.Me ha sorprendido que los colgadores tanto los lisos como los que hacen en la parte de arriba de soporta central sean de plástico barato.En definitiva:Decepcionante

I "ganci" sono tutti in plastica e, indipendentemente da quanto scritto nella descrizione, di qualità scadente: si piegano con estrema facilità. Non è possibile agganciarlo al muro: se quindi ti trovi, tuo malgrado, con pareti/pavimenti non del tutto a squadra non è possibile farlo aderire al muro. Lascio immaginare lo spettacolo. La struttura è in metallo e corrisponde al peso indicato. L'appendiabiti non è purtroppo possibile regolarlo in altezza, nemmeno le barre inferiori. Troppo vincolante. Per nulla soddisfatta

Ha llegado antes de lo indicado. Pero lo han dejado en casa de un vecino, indicando de que se me había avisado de ello. Cosa que no hicieron.Pésima calidad. La estructura por la parte trasera está doblada hacia delante Los ganchos, como los colgadores de plástico.El asiento se dobla haca abajo cuando te sientas.No lo recomiendo.

The media could not be loaded. Di pessima qualità, non assomiglia per niente a quello in foto. Le lamiere sono spesse mezzo millimetro, ovviamente solo avvitando le viti si deforma come burro… Penso che sia stato il peggior acquisto fatto su Amazon. Inoltre il prodotto non risulta ancora consegnato e, siccome non è possibile effettuare il reso prima che il prodotto risulti consegnato, per la restituzione dovrei aspettare altre 2 settimane (data stimata della consegna). Sono quindi costretto a chiamare l‘assistenza.
