They are light weight but the support is lacking. My feet roll inward with these.

I purchased these for my wife who has chronic planters fasciitis and she loved the fit, and the colors which is often a challenge when it comes to buying expensive sneakers with good support. As far as how are they when it comes to long term comfort, the jury is still out. I bought them for my wife's birthday which was August 30th so it's too soon to tell. But Brooks have proven to be a big deal more comfortable and enduring than the more common big name brands.

Brooks shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever, and this pair was no exception. Lightweight, felt like a cloud. The best part is that as far as everyday casual use, there is no breaking in period necessary. These shoes are a great value for the money.

I have severe arthritis in my ankle and top of my foot so walking or standing is painful. With other shoes I had a limp because of pain. But with a monthish in these shoes my feet and ankle are much more tolerable. I can walk without a limp.
