Why are the Win & Alt keys switched in Windows? i.e. Alt pulls up the windows menu bar, and Win acts as Alt. I have not remapped any buttons.

The upgraded version of this product has the W and E buttons silk-screened for WIN and MAC. If you are a windows user, please press the key combination fn+W to switch to windows, so that the keys will not be opposite. If you still have questions, please ask customer service for a more detailed explanation.

How do I get this keyboard to pair with my PC running at least Windows 10? I've tried everything.

Mine was a Bluetooth connection. I followed the instructions to connect a new device.

what is the finish of the keyboard, is it shiny or glossy or a matte finish?

The back of keyboard and keycaps are a nice black matte finish. The frame are aluminum.

I read it has rubber feet to keep it from moving but does it have feet you can prop up to put the keyboard at an angle or does it only lay flat?

There are no feet to prop it at an angle, but the battery compartment is toward the top behind number keys which gives it an angle instead of laying flat.
