Works as intended. I’ve repurchased this item a few times now as I think this is a good deal and helps me keep my pet fountain in good condition both by having the water filter but also the mesh replacement that goes around the fountain inlet. Will continue to repurchase this item as it’s a perfect fit for my fountain.

I’ve purchased these same filters many times, they work great with my water fountain for my dog. They catch larger debris in the water and prevent it from going down in the bowl. They turn a brown color when they need to be changed. They fit perfectly and I will be buying them again!

Have been using these since I purchased my cat fountain over a year ago. I change it every other week. When I do I can see it quite discolored do I assume it’s helping keep the water clean.
