Scroll wheel stopped working within 2 months. When I contacted the company for warranty claim, they mailed me asking to cut/damage the product into 7-8 pieces and then share pictures of the product from 2–3 different angles so that they can verify and approve the replacement. Wow, cutting a mouse into 7-8 pieces (and the product should be identifiable after the disintegration). Can anybody help me with this? Way to go Portronics. Very innovative idea! By the way Portronics, are you selling any product to cut electronic products into 8 pieces or more? Next time I will buy that. Guys, so when you decide to buy a Portronics product next time, be ready to cut the product into 7-8 pieces to claim the warranty. 🙂

I've been using the Portronics mouse for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed with its performance considering the price. It connected instantly via the USB receiver, and the cursor movement is smooth and responsive. The design is lightweight and comfortable, even for long hours of use. Battery life has been solid so far, and I like that the mouse goes into sleep mode when not in use, which helps conserve power. One thing I would have liked is a slightly more premium build feel, but at this price point, it’s a great deal. Overall, a reliable and budget-friendly wireless mouse.

Worked fine for 2 years then scroller stopped working

Very good and light weight. The grip on the scroll wheel will wear out in a few months.

Writing below review after using for 10 days. Pros: 1. Both left and right clicks are silent and I am happy about it as I was looking for it. 2. It is neither small nor big. It is suitable for people having small or big palm. 3. I just tried and DPI works fine but I am not using it for gaming. 4. It is light weight even after putting in 1 AA battery and you can easily use for long hours. 5. Optical laser works fine and movement is precise. No issues so far. 6. The mouse goes in standby mode when not using for some time but there is no led light to show that. But it is working fine. One can see the optical lazer light turns off or dims. So it is not a big deal. Will comment more about batter usage later. 7. Price is reasonable for quality and below Rs.400 category i would say this is a good mouse. 8. Scrolling is smooth and without any jerks. Just that during upward scroll it makes a little nose. 9. Color is good and design is cute. Cons: 1. The scroller makes a little noise when scrolling up and I didn't like that. When scrolling down it makes no sound. When i compare it with another branded and high priced mouse that i purchased earlier i guess Portronics makes very less noise. 2. The build quality is average. Seems like a plastic and not fiber. 3. The ON/OFF button is too small and low quality. One will have to use their nail to turn ON/OFF. Reducing 1 star due to the "cons" mentioned above. Otherwise it is worth to give a try if your budget is less. I hope Portronics will improve on these cons.

Bought used item from Amazon. Received in excellent working condition. Performance is good enough and value for money.
