Decent product
Was a bit hesitant about this product as I have IBS and although a few people said they helped that I was wary. I've been taking them for 5 days now as a part of a calorie controlled diet and they have really helped. The initial taste of them is gross but lasts for 20 mins at most. In the morning after taking them I feel really good and my digestion is very much improved.
