I've had some quality issues in the past purchasing cheaper pull up bars on Amazon. I chose this particular unit because the quality looked a bit better then some other options. I was happy when the pull up bar came on time. It was nicely packaged with clear installation instructions - extremely easy to assemble. In regards to the quality, I would recommend this for men and women looking for something a bit higher quality. I am not exactly a heavy guy, but this bar is sturdy and secure. The padding feels great on my hands. The bar looks a bit more interesting then some other I was looking at. I've attached a photo of the unit for reference. 5 star product.

The bar was shipped very soon after ordering, with no delivery complications. I've been looking for a solid bar for home workouts and this one is perfect. The bar is really solid, it's high quality and definitely better than previous pull-up bars i've purchased in the past. The bar is pretty versatile, i've been able to incorporate tons of different exercises into my home workout. Out of the box, I had no trouble setting it up at all, instructions were clear and straight forward. Highly recommend!!

Came without Screws but good product

Pull up bar works exactly as advertised. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I do like how you can move the bar down and use it for sit-ups and dips unlike the pull up bars that hook on your door trim. I had one of the door trim pull up bars in university and it crushed the trim after using it for a few months, which was a major factor in buying this type of bar. Would definitely recommend this product.

This bar is a pain in the butt to install. Primarily because the directions are overly simplistic. Screwing the brackets into the wall is easy. But the bar comes with several other pieces and the directions give you no clue as to where they go. And don't bother looking on the website to solve the problem. I tried that. Now the bar keeps falling down and I have no idea how to fix the problem. If you can by a bar that sits on top of the door frame, do it. Fitjo is potentially dangerous.

The bar itself seems to be a good quality. However, I returned in immediately because it's advertised as being portable. They encourage you to take it on trips out of town and such, but it doesn't work without the braces that you have to screw into the door frame.

Love the product – I’ve been meaning to get a chin up bar for a while to have for my morning fitness routine. Finally got around to it and wanted something sturdy. Was initially attracted to this one because it looked like it would fit into a room without making it look like a college dorm room. Have had the bar for a few weeks now and am very into it. Main highlights - Sturdy – no concerns about it not bearing weight - Comfortable grip - Sleek design - Adjustable width so felt like I could mount it in several parts of the apartment Make sure you know that you will need to use screws to mount this, but it’s a 10/10 bar. Highly recommended.

I got this really for one reason, & that was to stretch out my back. It's a really well made product, much heavier than I thought & a good quality item that I was impressed with. I haven't attached the wall mounts at this point as I'm in a rental & the door frames are pretty weak (& may move it for sit ups etc), so just have it installed in a doorway using the tension. I haven't tried to hang my full weight off it, but have pulled pretty hard on it to stretch, & it's not budging. Hubby has also started stretching off it & he weighs a lot more than me, & all good. I'd wanted one of these for a while & really glad I chose this one.
