Konjak noodles
Love these noodles! Only nine calories for a whole bag! So easy to use, only two minutes to heat up. I love to fry them up with butter, vegetables and cut up chicken.

they work well
i recently discovered a need to limit carbs to almost zero daily net carbs, these helped with the transition. So yup these work.... 1st try preparing them i was disappointed... i found a prep method online and will paraphrase it, because it flat out worked wonders. YES these can taste GOOD.ok what works for me. i open package drain and rinse noodles well in cold water.rinse 3 more times.... trying to get the citric acid which is used as a safe preservative out.... it has a sour taste so rinsing here makes things better later. Place in pot with ample water cold, bring to boil and reduce temp to simmer for 2 min. remove from heat and drain....rinse.... drain....rinse...drainpat mostly dry. Here i now use a wok, you can use a skillet or pot.... i then add coconut oil and stir fry the noodles for a few min until the texture and firmness is right. Then add in sauces or whatever. expect a hint of sour and adjust sauce or seasonings to compensate. I tend to use fresh herbs and spices and such.very very very good..the mouth feel and texture will resemble a dente pasta. the chew and flavor are pretty close. works amazing in south east asian dishes....works very well in italian as well.does ok reheated next day in microwave but no where near as good .left me satisfied and happydefinitly recommend,,,, and hope this helps someone out!

Great!
It’s hard to buy food from amazon since sometimes it comes soiled, but this did not! I think the value for money is fine since it’s cheaper than from a brick and mortar store. There’s no smell. The texture is what you’d expect. It’s really great for low calorie ramen. They have no flavor on their own so definitely use seasonings. I’m very pleased!

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Product, Mostly Inedible
The media could not be loaded. I was really looking forward to trying this konjac noodles, but unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment. Out of the entire box, only two packages were in proper condition. The rest were completely dried out, hard, and unusable. The noodles were like dry sponges, they cracked, couldn’t be rinsed properly, and were absolutely impossible to eat. It’s clear that this is a defective batch, but for a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. I had to throw almost the entire box in the trash, which is frustrating and a waste of money.I have attached photos and a video to show the condition of what I received. I do not recommend ordering these noodles from this seller. Very disappointed and will not purchase again

Good texture, no cals
Good value and ebt eligible. Also its packed in water, not chloride solution so easy to prepare, no presoaking or cooking off of odd flavors needed.

$, Too Much Plastic
These were easy to prepare and had little or no taste. If you’re really trying to limit carbs, these could be the ticket. That said, there is an unconscionable amount of plastic packaging and they are too expensive. I guess I’ll have to indulge in some carbs, now and again…

I really like these!
I was on the fence about buying these but they were actually surprisingly good. There is quite a bit of noodles in each package and I think for being so low carb - the texture and taste is great. I don’t eat them and think oh man I wish I had real pasta haha. I didn’t notice any smell. All in all, you should try them! The fettuccine is my fave!
