This stapler works brilliantly. It goes through 40+ sheets of heavy grade paper like with ease. It seems to be very sturdily built. It is heavy as would be expected of a robust bit of kit. I’ve not had it long, so it hasn’t had the test of time, but I would expect that if it’s treated and used correctly it will last for many years.

I was sick and tired of buying staplers that broke all too often after minimal use so I decided to purchase a more expensive one. After reading review after review I decided to purchase this one and I am so glad that I did. It was the most reasonably priced for what I was looking for. It is strong and sturdy and although not heavy is not light either. This stapler has pride of place on my desk and I can see it lasting me for many a year. Would highly recommend this product.

Heavy duty get through everything

This is a good product.It handles the insertion of heavy duty staples to secure thick bundles of paper together. The long lever helps to reduce effort.Make sure you buy the right staples for it and although it is fairly robust, don't chuck it across the room.

Used as a public stapler in a busy academic library - this stapler seems to be able to endure the rigours of multiple users and effortlessly staples over 50 pages or just 2 or 3 pages. Compared to cheaper staplers from other manufacturers which we have bought for public use in the past which have only lasted a matter of weeks - our Rexel Odysseys are about to enter their third year of heavy use. The only draw back is that you have to use only Rexel Odyssey staples - if standard staples are put in them they won't work - however in a library or public environment this could be viewed as a positive point in that it might deter anyone from wandering off with it....

I was searching for a stapler that would allow me to staple 20-40 pages together easily. So when I came across this product, I thought what a crazy price for a stapler!I looked for a cheaper price or an alternative product without success. The other shops were charging double the price for this item!I could not believe how this product could have received nearly 14 five-star reviews. I thought this is too good to be true. I decided to go for it on the basis of other people's experiences which sometimes is not the best idea.However on this occasion it was right choice. Easily stapled together 20-40 page documents and looks solid. The staples provided are nice too.Therefore if you think the price is too high for a mundane product, think again. In the long run, if you staple regularly, it is worth it. However if you staple sporadically then I would suggest a really cheaper option. If you have the extra cash then go ahead.Overall, fantastic.
