I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy. I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

I would strongly advise avoiding this seller. After only 7 months, the phone developed severe phantom touch issues, making it difficult to use. I took it to a repair shop, where I was told the phone had been fitted with the wrong type of replacement screen. During the repair, the technician also discovered that the battery had been disguised using a tag on flex, hiding its true condition. Once this was removed, it became clear the battery was severely degraded and had expanded. An expanded lithium-ion battery is a serious safety hazard, and I had no idea there was anything wrong with it until the screen issue led to the inspection. Had the screen not failed, I would have continued using the phone with a dangerous battery. I ended up paying an additional £140 to replace the incorrect screen and the unsafe battery. I have reported the seller to Amazon because I believe advertising restored phones while concealing the battery's true condition is misleading. Unfortunately, no action appears to have been taken. I also looked at the seller's Google reviews and found many customers reporting similar experiences. Several reviewers claim they received poor-quality repairs, and some even allege that the seller rejected returned phones and falsely claimed they had never been received, leaving customers without refunds. Based on my experience, I would avoid this seller completely. The poor workmanship, hidden battery issue, and additional repair costs made this a very expensive mistake. For the sake of your safety and your wallet, I recommend buying from a more reputable seller.

Very happy with my purchase of refurbished iPhone 14 had for couple of months now. Battery life good and condition very good no marks at all excellent .

Described as excellent condition and priced as such but came with noticeable scratches on the back around the camera lense. Otherwise it’s a good phone although the battery life is already starting to drop

As I am accident prone with phones, I always buy refurbished as they are such great value. Perfect cosmetically and have an excellent battery life.

I never write reviews but on this occasion I will , buying a phone is an expensive purchase but I could not recommend this seller more. Excellent product it’s really like new, excellent condition, excellent customer service, tracking and delivery was prompt I will buy from this seller again !!

I know people are going to get a little anxious when getting a phone that's refurbished and you hear nightmares about click & get UK, so I wanted to clarify my experience to help ease people's worries. I ordered the purple iPhone 14 in excellent condition and it came in exactly that. It's without visual damage and seemingly no issues with the actual phone. The capacity of battery health is 88% which is good and normal for a phone like this. While mine looks brand new, you have to remember it isn't and sometimes it can be hit and miss, but if you get a phone that says it'll be excellent - it will be. I made sure to do my research on this retailer before purchasing and I could see how the bad reviews on things like trip advisor, but this serves as a reminder that those reviews are outdated and this company has clearly changed in that aspect. Also, for more reassurance - You're buying from Amazon. You're protected by Amazon. If there was an issue, they would resolve it for you. The phone currently charges correctly, it sounds perfect and like an iphone and is in the correct colour. If you're worried, please trust in me: someone who was extremely anxious before getting this phone. Thank you!

Das iPhone kam pünktlich an und machte einen Eindruck als wäre es neu im Laden gekauft. Es wurde sogar kostenlos noch eine Hülle mitgeliefert. Batterieleistung 100%, Display absolut top, keine Kratzer am Gehäuse. Ein Ladekabel USB-C auf Lightning war auch dabei. Für alle, die nicht das neueste Modell aber eine gute hochwertige Alternative zu einem günstigen Preis suchen, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Tras algo mas de dos semanas de uso debo decir que compre el movil en estado excelente. La batería me ha llegado al 100% (no aparece que sea por piezas cambiadas en el movil). Tuve un problema con el cargador, al principio pense que era de la bateria puesto que tardaba mas de 2 horas en cargar un 12%. Sin embargo, descubri que se trataba del cargador y me enviaron otro. Heel blij mee toestel ziet er keurig uit zoals ze omschreven uitstekende staat. Misschien fijner geweest als accu 100% geweest was maar 95% nog steeds prima. Gewoon goed binnen dag geleverd!

Display, Kamera, Lautsprecher und Face ID arbeiten problemlos. Die Akkuleistung ist ebenfalls zufriedenstellend und für ein gebrauchtes Gerät absolut im erwarteten Bereich. Die Einrichtung verlief ohne Schwierigkeiten, und das iPhone läuft stabil und flüssig. ⸻ Fazit Wer bei gebrauchten Geräten unsicher ist, kann hier beruhigt sein – zumindest in meinem Fall entsprach der Zustand genau den Angaben. Ich bin mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden und würde mich wieder dafür entscheiden.
