Great streaming box, poor remote
This has received quite a few bad reviews but I like it better than any other streaming box I've had. The remote is terrible though. I had to purchase another one to use with this box. The navigation buttons on the remote that comes with it are too close together and at the same level so it is very difficult to just press one button at a time without looking at it while you are trying to use it. The BuzzTV ARQ-100 Wireless Air-Mouse Keyboard Remote solves this problem and makes this box a dream to use. It's 20 bucks and worth the money. The remote issue may not be a problem for someone with smaller fingers. Oh, also the first Buzz tv I bought was dead on arrival. The replacement (Thanks Amazon) has worked perfectly for 6 months now.

Buyer Beware
Worst iptv streaming box ever. Spent most of the day trying to figure out what url address needed plus have to purchase an additional iptv subscription in order to work. Most boxes just hook up add your internet information and all set. Never seen a more complicated process with Buzztv Box. Please buyer beware. Sending this back asap.

Dont waste your time
I spent over an hour trying to sign into my wireless network and never succeeded. You wouldn't believe the dingbat procedure these guys came up with to connect to a wireless network. And unless you have very bony fingers you better have long fingernails or you will constantly be fat-fingering the remote creating input and forcing you to completely start over. Even the keyboard is screwed up requiring you to traverse back and forth from one end to the other instead of automatically reversing to the other side like every other keyboard unless you go back to the 80's.This is the first device I have EVER seen that asks for your security type before it will attempt a connection. Are these guys too dumb to program that in like Nvidia, Fire Sticks, Formuler, Tivo, etc.? This may be a great box but the crazy procedure to connect to your wireless connection convinces me this box was created by amateurs

Box great, remote leaves you wanting.
I got the Buzz tv x5 march 9, 2023. TRYED to set it up but it would not take my Wi-Fi password, TRYED at least ten times. I had my LG magic remote and got that it allowed me to sign in to Wi-Fi. Come to find out the ok button and the circle around it would also get pushed. (I don’t have real large thumbs, but when pushing the ok button I appeared to push the other buttons, to use I have to look at the button and use my thumb nail to use it). Left several messages and finally got a text from, but they don’t seem to listen to what you say. The seal was also broken on the box too. Like I said I like the box, just not how the remote works, for $200 you expect more. So for now I use two remotes and haven’t decided if I will keep it or not. Never had any of those trouble with my fire stick, just wanted something with more power and storage space.

Expect multiple problems
My 3rd BuzzTV Box... All have problems, like Media format not supported, even when the PVR records them. Playback not supported even in all 3 players. Not worth hassle & the price when better boxes are available.

Not at all as advertised.
The embedded iptv player isn't quite as good as Tivimate. Tivimate worked fine on my fire 4k max. Now I get audio and visual sync problems, Tivimate crashes all the way out to the home menu and I have other apps that insist on starting with STB startup. Audio and video won't sync. Video freezes every few seconds and sometimes, whatever app I'm in will either crash to the main menu or just shut the unit down.If you're lucky enough to get a person to talk to, they'll give you the pat answer that it's your iptv's problem. That's funny, my Mecool km2 and both Firestick 4k Max's work just fine with my iptv. My best advise is to save $160.00 and get something a lot cheaper that works a lot better.
