Overall it’s a really good dryer. I saw other comments saying that it doesn’t get hot enough personally for me I’m only using it for my hair not to dry off my body so I’d actually prefer it not to be as hot. It really just depends on the purpose that you need it for.

The media could not be loaded. This hair dryer works great, I have medium length, layered, thick and fine hair. It dried my hair fast but it can be a little slower compared to my other hair dryer. I also used it on my sons hair which is short and it dried it well.The attachments snap in place and don’t fall out. The buttons work as they should and are easy to manage but there’s an issue. The problem I encountered was that the buttons are low profile and flush with the handle so where they’re located make it too easy to accidentally push the buttons and change the settings while using it. I pushed the buttons by mistake several times and it was frustrating. I also don’t like that I have to push the sun (center button) in order to turn off the cool. If you push the cool button on the back, it stays on cool and you can’t push it again to turn it off or change it to heat again. It would be better if you could just push the cool button to get cool air and release it to get warm air again.The hair dryer isn’t loud, the device is compact and lightweight, I can pack it up and store it without taking up too much space. The handle is lighter compared to the head. I don’t think it’s heavy, it doesn’t weigh my arm down causing fatigue.A strand of my hair got caught in the blades once while drying my hair.When the hair dryer turns off it makes a noise that sounds like a wind up toy, so the motor or fan needs improvement. You can hear it at the end of my video.The cord is long enough and I like that it can be folded up easily and secured with a velcro strap.The high heat doesn’t smoke or fry my hair, it’s a good temperature although I think that it could be a little hotter.It’s a nice modern design, the color is perfect, and the handle is a little longer, it’s smooth, stylish and easy to hold.Overall, I’m happy with this hair dryer but I’m not sure about the price, it’s expensive and I don’t see why.

Man I was so excited about this hair dryer.My trusty, rusty old one finally bit the dust and I looked at a lot of different ones before settling on this one. I had no desire to spend over $100 on one, considering my old one was only about $30-$40 and worked great for me. I got it today and was really optimistic once I turned it on. It looks nice, love the LED lights on the back. I was pleasantly surprised by the feature that the hair dryer can save your preferred setting by pushing the back cool button and power button at the same time. I needed more heat options than my previous one, so the 3 different levels are perfect.I had a slight issue with the buttons because you can barely graze them with your hand and it will push it and change the setting, so you pretty much have to hold the handle lower down. But that wasn’t a huge issue and it didn’t bother me to hold it lower down.The main issue, though, that you can’t really get around is that the back vent straight up sucks up your hair strong enough to pull it out. I mean it was ridiculous, it grabbed my hair almost every time I put it up to my hair, moved it around, etc. I’ve never had a hair dryer grab my hair so much. It’s bound to happen once in a while, but this was excessive. It doesn’t do it when your hair is super wet, probably because your hair is too heavy, but as soon as it was more dry than wet, my hair was getting, not just grabbed, but pulled out. I put my hand on the back and the strength of the suction just seems unnecessary to me, I haven’t used a hair dryer where the suction of the back vent was so strong before.If you have short hair then this hair dryer will probably work just fine for you, but I wouldn’t purchase it if you have long hair.It is definitely a design issue because my old hair dryer head was shaped exactly the same way and I never had a problem with my hair being pulled. For the price, I shouldn’t be having this issue. They either need to fix the issue with a newer version, or advertise it as a short hair only hair dryer. It’s doubly annoying because I waited until Cyber Monday to get one, so now I will have to buy one that is probably full-priced, which I realize is a minor issue, but if they had advertised that it isn’t for long hair, I would have looked elsewhere and found another deal.I am going to try using one or two more times, on the small off-chance that it was a one-time issue. If it’s still a problem I will have to return it. If, for some reason, it was a one time thing, I will update my review.

I have curly hair and it does not get very hot in the lowest power. It gets hot and works well in the high power/high heat mode. It's heavy so as you're holding it, your hand pushes the buttons and the settings change. It could be only on mine, but it's almost impossible to TURN OFF. 90% of the time i have to unplug it.

The hair dryer was perfect when it arrived and would have given it 5 stars then, but I'd avoid this product. Within two days the on/off button stopped working, so I had to literally unplug it to turn it off. Slightly annoying but I was in a busy work period and didn't have time to figure out getting a new hair dryer so I just lived with it. Fast forward a few months later and the hair dryer completely died. By the end it was changing randomly to different heat settings without me pressing any buttons and going nuts. It blew a GFC outlet twice. Clearly some cheap product meant for a different voltage system that they're reselling and hope you review it positively before you have time to see the nightmare through. AVOID.

I have been using this dryer for months and so far so good !

I purchased it as a replacement from my other hair dryer that broke. I'm not fully a fan of the buttons on the dryer; I usually use the option of "Cold Air" when drying my curls, and I never know if it's properly on or not after pressing the bottom. Other than that, the dryer works perfectly as needed.

Works well, plenty of heat and airflow, but the buttons are right where milady holds the handle, so manipulating the blowdryer constantly changes the settings. Other than that, aces!

It’s sleek looking. But very loud. I must say customer service was great as the concentrator fitting was missing, contacted them and sent me one ASAP. I don’t find the settings well placed and I’m just surprised how loud it is even on low for the airflow produced.. It does feel a bit cheap and not what I imagined from the pictures. I wouldn’t have bought it if seen and heard in person.
