Fit good amount in this Micro Med Pouch
For a Micro Med Pouch you can Fit alot. I was able to get these in it Israeli Bandage(in Tourniquet holder) Chest Seal Large Trauma Pad Medium an Small Trauma Pads/Gauze Alcohol Swabs Hemostatic Gauze Shears Bandage Wrap I bought a whole bleeding control kit and was able to fit 75 percent of the kit in this med Pouch. Works good pulling it out. Tourniquet holder is optional use it or remove it. Best bang for your Buck that I found

Best bang for your buck
I got this to have quicker access to a tourniquet and shears, which I put in the lower compartment and it works great. I love the quick access pull tabs to deploy my gear quickly. It fits like it should, and it’s pretty durable as well. I have no complaints. Definitely worth the money especially considering you’d pay way more for the same thing.

Just enough
Liked it's material and the tourniquet holder is tight. But it's barely able to hold a blow out kit. Clot agent and a bandage wrap was all you can stuff in it but that is what's needed in an emergency. It fits solid on my belt and doesn't move. So I think it's good.

It’ll get the job done
It’s not big. Barebones emergency sized. I got chest seals, quick clot, pressure bandage and some gloves in there and that’s about it. The tourniquet holder underneath also is sufficient. The Mille attachment points on the back are acceptable but not bulletproof. If you don’t have an IFAK this is a greater starter. Once I have a few more, I’m going to upgrade so something with firmer attachment points or sew some Velcro on. Good stuff.

Really small, doesnt fit bleed kit
Good design, but its just a little too small, can probably get one israeli bandage or one quick clot. I have a self adhesive sports wrap and gauze in it and its overflowing in the elastic. It's going on my PFD as a prop hit kit rather than a PC or belt. Getting a warrier poet or flatline fiber for an actual IFAK/bleed kit.

Absolutely NOT MOLLE COMPATIBLE
100% does not fit on standard MOLLE layout, garbage, worse than useless. As you can see in the pic, the straps on this kit do not even come close to being properly spaced for standard 1.5" molle layout. Garbage!

Worth the low price.
Great affordable version of the name brand. Use and functionality are exactly in par for my requirements. Time will tell if it’s durable, but at that price, who cares. I’ll just get another one since the form and size are exactly what I was hoping for.
