Great quality
I have bought BG electrical sockets before and good quality. No hesitation to buy this model. It looks great, solid buttons to press and even make a soft click sound. Very happy and bought along with 8 other BG items

Dimmer lights. 3 controls.
Does the job. Looks very nice. Operates 2 sets of ceiling spot lights and lights to breakfast bar. Nice being able to control brightness with dimmer.

Mixed feelings ..
Having read previous reviews, I purchased a three gang version with some trepidation. This was to replace an equivalent three gang, one way dimmer switch that worked erratically once the bulbs were replaced from incandescent to LED type. Installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear. The switch is of reasonable quality and appearance, although it is plastic (not metal). However, one switch didn't turn off (just dimmed); the second didn't dim at all (just on or off). Bizarrely, the third worked perfectly. Really odd. I'll ask for a replacement and will be happy to update this review.

Doesn't dim LED's very well; one switch stopped working 32 days after buying
The dimmer didn't work especially well with LED spotlights and the lights tended to fade out at low levels; it was only marginally better than the pre-LED model it replaced (that had worn out, after 20 years). Worse, one of the switches seems to have stopped working properly about 3 weeks after it was fitted, only 1 month and 2 days after purchase. The "clicking" simply isn't happening on most attempts when pressed - although with a lot of effort (and many attempts) it is still possible to get it to turn on; it seems to me that this means its a product fault, rather than anything to do with the bulbs or wiring. Cannot recommend. I'm now avoiding using the switch, so the lights cant get stuck permanently on... and I'm going to replace with a different product / brand, rather than asking for a replacement of the faulty item, as it doesn't seem worth fitting another.

BG Nexus 3 gand inteligent dimmer
Excellent Dimmer that does not require any setting/adjustment, there is a slight delay / build up at switch-on which reduces initial surge and guess gives a bit of extra reliabilty

Nice finish
I bought this dimmer to use another brand of dimmer module which wouldn't fit my previous wallplate (as it had a metal earth strip linking the fixing screw holes) . This wallplate doesn't have that feature, enabling my new ZOHO modules to fit nicely and make use of the extra space due to the domed front over the original flat faceplate. I didn't bother to use the supplied modules as they seem to get bad reviews. I'm pleased with the finish and completed the look by replacing the adjacent immersion heater DP switch and closet room light switch.

you may need consider this may NOT last long
the middle button completely gone after 1 year use. however the rest two on each side seems fine.
