2200-07800-001 Polycom SoundStation 2W Expandable Wireless Conference Phone

I purchased this for my company and it works well, except if it sits unused for a few days it gets stuck in a "please wait" state and the only way to get it to work is to pull the battery and reconnect. My president shouldn't be expected to do that. I will contact tech support and hopefully they will be able to help.
