The cable works great but the service is top notch! After not being able to get the first cable I received to communicate with my radio I contacted Valley and they sent me a replacement very quickly to replace it. The new cable worked perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of communication. Many more of their cables are in my future.

I was not able to use WINLINK for about two weeks. After unsuccessfully wrestling with my radio and laptop, I decided to swap out the cable. That fixed the problem. Now I keep a spare just in case.
