How to change password?

First, cancel the password (there are steps in question 2). Then hold down the “Y ”key, enter the new password “C+other numbers”, release the“Y” key, pull down the handle (unlock action), and complete the setting of the new password.

How to solve the problem of lock tongue not popping out or not retracting?

The reason may be that the two panels of the lock are asymmetric, or that the two panels of the lock are not on the same horizontal plane as the center of the lock tongue. You can refer to the video "Handling of latch Issues".

How to change the direction of the lock handle?

There is a screw at the bottom of the square hole inside the lock panel. Loosen the screw to remove and adjust the handle. After adjustment, tighten it again.
