Is this the product to seal the expansion joints on a sloped driveway?

This is what I would use. It's thicker so it stays put pretty good. Use rubbing alcohol on your finger to smooth it. It won't stick to your finger.

My concrete deck is more of a red sandstone color. do you have self leveling for that?

I would suggest that you order the limestone color and purchase some brick colored concrete tint powder to mix with it prior to application.
