I rarely write reviews but I had to. Bought this on a whim to try because I was about to spend $80+ tip to get my gel manicure and pedicure. Just did my own pedicure and manicure today and I am in LOVE. Granted, I am familiar with painting my own nails so it wasn’t messy for me. It looks exactly as every other time I’d go to a nail salon. Sure, it’s only day one so I can’t speak on how long it’ll last or what take off is like. I did purchase the breakdown gel for when it’s time to remove. My only complaint: the bottle are SOoO small! I am always a neutral color girl so I expect I’m going to need to buy some somewhere down the road depending how often I do my nails. However, there is so many colors it comes with, I might just work through some of those until I want to replace more of the nudes. Good quality, user friendly consistency and each application. I do feel the slight burning of the nail when curing but that’s normal. In a nut shell: if you’re thinking about it, purchase it. It’s worth the cost to see if it works for you. I don’t see myself going to a professional spot for awhile.

I never write reviews, but I thought this one seemed pretty good, so I would let others know. I did my nails last night. I’m trying to let them grow out from years of acrylic nails, and drinking lots and lots of water helps strengthen them I must say. So when I got sick earlier this year, I opted to not get acrylic nails any longer. My nails started growing for the first time in forever, so I was like, I don’t want to get the acrylics any longer, so I need to get something that will make my nails just a little bit stronger to where they don’t break as easily. I remembered always getting the shellac gel nail polish, even on the acrylic, so I thought, well, I’ll try that. I had already broken a few nails by not having anything on there on regular nail polish just does not last a day on my nails. So I trimmed all my nails down so they were similar shape and used this last night. I’ve had enough nails done to pretty much know what to do. I also bought a manicure kit that I used first, which helped a lot with cuticles and the skin around the sides of the nails and such. So after I had that all done, I put the base coat on. Well, when I started with the first hand, I think I put it on a little bit too thick, so it took a few extra under the light to finally dry. Then I put on the color, which is really pretty. I’m not big of a color changing type of person, so luckily they had one that I would get at the nail salons and it is really pretty. Put that under the lamp and it dried, and then I did the top coat, dried that, use the little wipes, and did the finishing touches. I’m really impressed with it, and for $25, that’s half of what I would’ve spent just on one manicure, not even including the pedicure. I’m going to try the pedicure either later tonight or in the morning. But it’s really shiny and seems strong and durable, so I’ll see how long it lasts, and if it’s hard to remove or any other things. I will add to my review, but if you are looking for a good set like this, I recommend it. And if you’re used to going to the nail salons and want a safer option in your own home, I would give this a try for sure.

I love this polish set. I've already done two sets with it. The bottles are small but perfect for trying out new styles. I would purchase products again.

This set is so nice for the cheaper price. It comes with so many bottles of polish and all the tools/accessories you need. Beware—the bottles of polish are very small! The polish was super easy to applied and stayed on well.

Holy crap! Do not let the cheap price fool you! I was worried when I recieved my order. Bottles are a lot smaller than I expected. After application, all fears disappeared. I'm not new to gel polish but I am by no means an expert. Yet not only did my polish go on flawlessly, the curing time was less than half the time of others I have used. After the top coat, no tacky feeling at all. I tried the matte finish as well as the regular. The big test though is after doing some improvements in my bathroom. I forgot to get gloves so had to do everything w my fresh nails. I worked with bleach, caulk that got all over the place, and spray paint. Even after getting paint and caulk on my nails, once removed THE POLISH IS STILL PERFECT! I used scraping and acetone to remove both. No chipping, no fading. I will be ordering more. The color is so bright and clean and it was super easy to apply.

Great beginner kit, polishes are very small but for starter purposes this kit works great.

Like everyone else in the bad reviews, I got an infection from this kit. However, I can't say I wasn't blown away by this kit at first though. The gel lasted; the colors were nice. I didn't have any spillage upon arrival. The lamp worked and it came with so many other tools to help do your nails I was in love!!! Sadly...after doing my nails only twice (my hands) I noticed my nails were extremely brittle. And I'm saying, more brittle than gel usually makes them...now I decided to stop using the kit, as my pinky nail has completely lifted from underneath, I'm afraid I'll lose it all together and I'm not even sure how. And the nail pain was unbearable. I bought this kit with a gift card from Christmas no less...Merry Christmas to me. And I usually NEVER get infections or reactions from anything. Never. Fast forward to new year's, I decided to do my toes. Mistake. My big toenail now has a big BLACK spot, UNDERNEATH my nail. I didn't even know until I took off the gel. I'm not even sure how that could happen. But after reading other reviews, I am certain it's infected and I am waiting for my doctor's appointment. STAY AWAY. It might work at first, for a little bit you'll feel great! Probably won't even notice the damage it's doing, especially when your nails are covered with the paint. If you're using this, I highly recommend you stop. I'm so sad since I was so happy about how great my nails came out each time. It's just a shame...I'm not sure why amazon is still selling these crappy Chinese products to people after all these infections and bad reviews. It does seem to be getting better and since I've stopped using the kit, my nails have gotten so much better and the black spot under my toenail is growing out so I am hoping eventually I could just clip it off. But I will let the doctor decide. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to a notable salon. It's just not worth it. The chemicals/bacteria in the nail paint and the gel that they are selling is not worth it and most the chemicals used over there are not approved here in America. And the Chinese cut corners to sell and make money. Your health is not worth it. Paint your nails the old way or go to a salon. Unless you want black toenails, and for every nail to fall off like nothing...then be my guest. I can't even get a refund since it's been a couple months, not like the seller responds anyway. I now have to throw out 60 + beautiful nail colors, a LED LAMP, and gel acrylics I also bought. SO SAD. I COULD CRY. STAY AWAY. STAY STAY STAY AWAY. I gave it 5 stars so more ladies could see the TRUTH about this DEADLY nail kit. NO EXAGGERATING. Unless you want, black moldy toes/nails. Don't buy. DO NOT BUY. UGH.

Good deal for what it is. The polish bottles are very very small but will last 3-4 full manicures per bottle depending how many coats you add. Chips just like regular nail polish and stays nice for the same amount of time as regular polish.

While these bottles are really small, they are good quality. The color saturation was rich and only needed two coats. Nice variety of colors. Would be encouraged to order other products from this brand.

Me sorprendieron para bien. Los botes son pequeños, pero trae muchísima variedad de colores y la calidad es bastante buena para el precio. Pigmentan mucho y no hace falta dar muchas capas para que el color quede uniforme y bonito, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando haces uñas en casa. Además, hay tonos para prácticamente cualquier estilo o época del año. También me gustó que algunos colores tienen acabados muy bonitos y diferentes. ✅ Pros: - Muchísima variedad de colores. - Buena pigmentación. - Cubren bien con pocas pasadas. - Buena relación calidad-precio. - Colores bonitos y variados. ❌ Contras: - Los botes son bastante pequeños. - Algunos colores se gastan rápido si usas mucho los mismos tonos. 📌 En resumen: Muy recomendables si quieres tener muchos colores distintos sin gastar demasiado. This gel nail kit is incredible for the price! Although the nail polish comes in very small bottles, there are so many colours to choose from, so the size is irrelevant. Notably, there are a few base coats and top coats, to ensure you do not run out of them quickly. The nail polish colours are vivid - some lighter colours look best with three coats, but for darker colours, only two coats are required. They consist of a nice consistency as well - not too thick or thin. The UV lamp is well-made and efficient, offering 3 different timer options - 5, 30, or 60 seconds. I personally use the 60 second timer for each coat, aside from the base coat, which I only do 30. The only critique I have of the lamp is that it does not function without being connected to an outlet. Luckily, I have an island with an outlet. As the cable is somewhat short, this may pose an issue for those that have a table far away from an outlet. The inclusion of additional accessories / tools is what makes this kit unbeatable! It comes fully equipped with all that you will require to conduct a salon-quality gel manicure. From French nail tip guides, stickers, a nail buffer and brush, files, cuticle pusher and oil, clippers, wipes, nail separators, and wipes - this kit has it all! (Aside from a cuticle clipper, which I recommend purchasing). I have done my nails various times now with this kit, and as long as you properly prepare your nails and follow instructions for curing, your manicure will last for weeks!
