beautiful and less wrinkled
Great product that doesn't wrinkle like others. Look up a video on how to collapse them and you won't have a problem putting it back in the bag. Wonderful color.

The tones shoot awful. White is not white and grey is not grey.
Cool piece but photographs weird.

Good while it lasted
4-19-16 Update: Today, I received a replacement from the manufacturer, Manfrotto. This was over two months after I sent it in. It cost me $40 shipping on an item that originally cost me $105 to receive a replacement. However, I must say that Manfrotto was responsive and did replace the item although the seller refused to. I will give it one more star for a total of 2 stars due to this new development.Good while it lasted! The item was delivered January 14 and I used it twice including today. After using it today, I tried to collapse it and the banding snapped rendering it unusable. You can see the fabric tearing where the end of the banding is popping through in one of these photos. I tried to return today, February 16 it but was informed "This item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on Feb 13, 2016." There is no mechanism to petition a return. This company appears not to stand behind their product. Did you ever wonder how they get the metal support band together? I decided to dissect it to find out. This is a long, straight metal band with two ends that they tape together after forming a double circle. The tape breaks and the band separates!!! Just a cheap piece of junk! Buyer beware! FINALLY!!! The only feasible choice really.
3 1/2 really. I have tried them all. And particularly, in the world of collapsible backgrounds, you get what you pay for. Except for Savage where you are paying twice as much for the same old crap. Botero, StudioHut, Fotodiox, Savage... all garbage in this category. Shiny and perma-wrinkled polyester nightmares. Remember the skin tight shiny jump suits on Buck Rogers, yes Erin Gray's outstanding derriere aside, try getting those things to drink up the light. Impossible. Its like using a giant bicycle reflector as a backdrop. This thing is not shiny and not wrinkled and for that alone it should get 1000 stars compared to the competition. The cloth seems a nice stretchy cotton knit. For that I have worries about its durability, compared to a weave. Expect to check back regularly with longevity updates. But it is a dull color and drinks in the light well.It is also pretty thin. You will want it against a wall with no light shining thorough to the back. That being said it renders pretty nicely. You can get it to go black to white depending on how you light it (which is the point of a versatile gray in the first place for me). My ideal backdrop would be a medium gray on one said and a dark smokey gray, almost black, on the other. With just enough difference that really black hair and suites don't get swallowed into the thing. Gimme another with white and light gray and I would be set. But those others that say dark gray really are not. They are ALL much lighter in reality than they look on Amazon. And since this is the only feasible brand, these color choices will have to do.I have my doubts that this will survive the 30 or 40 uses I plan for it within a year. We will have to see. Despite my misgivings about it's frailty, it feels super hearty next to the competition. At the same size, it weighs twice as much and the seams feel twice as thick. This gives me some hope it will last.If I get that many and it only lasts a year, the cost will be worth it not having to lug around my 80 pounds of backdrop poles.

Three Stars
Not quite enough lower coverage for the background.

Love this! I recently used the white side to shoot new headshots for my mom and with the lighting made it a light grey. I think this a great product for $100 and that's a bargain for professional photos. It's larger than I thought it would which is nice because it gave me room to move and have the subject move while shooting. Folding it can be tricky but after watching a few youtube videos, I got it. It's also wrinkle free. I picked this one over others because of the dark gray/ white combo. It's better just to spend a little more money for this instead of two less expensive ones for a white and gray side. Here is the photo I took using the white side.

Piece of cheap garbage
This thing is a piece of garbage. The very first time I used it, when I was trying to fold it up and put it away, it broke/snapped, rendering it useless. Also, it claims to be crease-resistant, but mine is loaded with wrinkles. I never even got one good use out of this product. Unfortunately, I didn't try to use it until after the return period was over, so I am stuck with this.

Love it---but...
I love it. It's a great background, easy to use and not hard at all to put back in the bag. However, I give it two stars because 4 days past my ability to exchange it, the stitching starts to unravel on one of the sides.
