I LOVE my pillow! Just do not overcook over 3 minutes. Q: Does this provide moist heat?

You can lightly mist the wrap with water before putting it into the microwave to provide moist heat.

Q: What are the exact herbs used in this product? Their web site does not list them. I find cinnamon and clove nauseating.

The tag that came with it lists the following ingredients: (I was surprised to see Cinnamon, but I cant smell that): Lavender, Valerian Root, White Willow, Chamomile, Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint, Hops, Yellow Dock, Lemon Grass, Cinnamon, Yarrow, Natural grains. May include Premium Flax Seed & Wheat. Clean: wipe with damp cloth -air dry. Do not wash, wet, or submerge herb pac. Store in air tite bag, place in cool area. Can heat it in micro or chill.

Q: I have upper neck issues does this fit snug on the neck? Does it stay on well so you can move around?

Yes, the Herbal Concepts Comfort Neck and shoulder wrap does stay in place when you move around. Although it doesn't fit tightly against the neck, you can wrap it as tightly as you are comfortable with. I love how it relaxes not only my neck, but my shoulders and upper back as well.
