To be taken after meals:Day 1 & 2- 1 tablet per dayDay 3 & 4- 2 tablets per dayDay 5 & 6- 3 tablets per dayDay 7 & 8- 4 tablets per dayDay 9 & 10- 5 tablets per dayTake 5 tablets per day for 10 days. Thereafter take as appropriate to individual requirements (usually 2- 3 tablets per day).

Excellent service - delivered the next day. Anyone suffering from painful arthritis of the joints should try this. I've taken it for a long time and can say that I very seldom suffer from excruciating pain in my hands anymore.
