Non arrival!
I have had this product before and love it BUT it has not arrived, due 6 days ago.......and I have had to re-order. Not the usual service I expect from Amazon......what's gone wrong?

I find the container difficult to use, getting the conditioner through the small aperture very frustrating.

Made My Hair So Dry
This is literally the worst conditioner I've ever used. It was expensive as well.I've used drug store cheap brands that work better. I have curly hair and it does get frizzy if I don't use proper products. I bought this from a salon, not Amazon but felt I needed to let people know that this brand is not worth any amount of money. Makes my hair dry & frizzy. Smells like chemicals. Has awful ingredients. Nothing good to say about it.
