Get the big bottle
Haven’t noticed a difference but want to try again had a small bottle and it lasted for about a week needed to invest in a big bottle to perhaps see any results.

Sovereign Copper
This isn't the first copper supplement I've tried, but it's definitely the best. Bioactive copper provides a highly absorbable copper, which is one of the reasons some studies suggest 70% of Americans are deficient in copper, a vital nutrient for good health. You see advertisements everywhere for the promotion of zinc, but what they fail to mention is that if you supplement zinc, you WILL be deficient in Copper, a vital trace mineral for the formation of red blood cells. And vice versa, if you take copper, you also need to supplement with zinc. Of course, not at the same time or they'll cancel each other out. I have found this product to be of exceptional quality. And although I'm highly sensitive to tastes, I don't even notice the taste. And I plan to continue taking it.

I trust this product
There's so many good things that I could say about sovereign, copper and silver. It's best qualities is it's healing properties. I had a terrible sinus infection and this healed it in the matter of days. Also, I've always been extremely fair-skinned to the point where I can't tan. I did a little research and found out I was deficient in copper. Since I've started taking it, I can tell a difference in my skin color.

Helped my liver, who knew?
Great stuff. My orders of various sizes were always packed nicely. Goes well with cod liver oil (vit A) for activation. Anecdotally, somehow my borderline half-gene hemochromatosis (high Iron) causing high ALT liver numbers and fatty liver disease was reduced to normal levels in about a year. Nothing else supplement/diet/lifestyle wise had worked for me. I can only speculate that perhaps the Iron stores within the liver were extracted - because blood Iron values were actually increasing. Probably not best to continue once the liver is better.
