Keurig K-Express Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, Black

I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product. I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me £35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.

Why on earth would Amazon.co.uk sell something that cannot be used in the UK. Because I found it on the UK site I assumed it would be okay for use - nothing was mentioned in the specs that it would come with an American plug - my first hint was that it was shipped from the US. It was to be a gift, but now has to go back. You need to mention in the specs that it comes with a US plug only.

I have owned a couple of Keurig machines over the years so I am not new to the brand. But I love this Keurig K-express and how convenient it is. This is a nice looking machine and it has a narrow design so it does not take up as much counter space as other models. I like that this has a reservoir for water which is different from other mini machines. This makes it much more convenient to use because I don't have to fill it every time I go brew a cup of coffee. This Keurig machine can brew 3 different sizes of coffee, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz, so you can have a stronger or milder brew with just the press of a button. As soon as I put the lid down and selected the size coffee I wanted brewed it immediately began filtering water through my coffee pod and into the cup. This cuts down significantly on the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. You can fit multiple sizes of cups under the spout in different heights, you can remove the bottom part that catches any spilled coffee and fit a travel mug under it without any issues. This brews a delicious cup of coffee in very little time and is super convenient, a space saver and a nice design. Definitely a great purchase!

This Keurig single-serve coffee maker has been great for everyday use, especially if you don’t want a large machine taking up counter space. I’ve had mine for over a year, use it every day, and it still works just as reliably as it did when I first got it. It brews incredibly quickly, usually in around 30 seconds or less, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. I also love how small and lightweight it is. It’s easy to move around, pack up, or take somewhere else when needed, so portability is definitely one of its strongest features. I’ve had no issues using different pod options with it. It works with the regular coffee pods I buy, including Starbucks, as well as the reusable pod options I’ve tried.
