Good product
Very limited installation instructions but good quality item. Water ingress protection was required and main reason for purchase.

Great replacement bell box
Opted for this model due to its IP rating after my previous bell box had started going off randomly. Had to drill new holes but that was expected. No manual included in the box so had to sign up for the Texecom app, but the manual was comprehensive. Terminals are easy to access. Took less than 20 minutes to fit this replacement. Nice loud alarm and bright strobe.

I have two of these on the house. It is a quality alarm bell and easy to fit.

No Installation instructions!
Does not come with any instructions, you can obtain them online, but only after registering for their app! I've worked in the electrical industry all my life so replacing my old defunct bell box was no problem, despite the wiring being different, the job from front to back only took 20 minutes. Non Internet savvy installers might struggle . How hard can it be to print off a couple of A4 sheets of paper with the instructions on and include them in the box?!
