I can’t say enough about this fabulous product. For the first time, I have really taken these consistently for a few months instead of here and there, and I have seen a significant improvement in my gastrointestinal health. My gastritis has calmed down greatly, my acid reflux is much improved… my stomach just feels better overall. I still have to be mindful of my diet and try to avoid my known triggers- gluten, dairy, alcohol, but I feel so much better and this is the only supplement I have taken consistently. I usually take one 15-20 minutes before each meal. Sometimes if I’m having an off day or had too big of a meal and feel nauseous or bloated I’ll take one after I eat and it does help settle things down. I always bring them when I travel. Don’t hesitate to try these, they’re great!

I have only been taking these for about a week and a half but they seem to be helping with my stomach pain. I love the flavor but I also love black licorice. They taste just like it. If you don’t like black licorice, you will not like these.

Dissolves easily with chewing. The first time I wasn’t a fan of the flavor but it grew on me quickly. Works great, helped me heal a peptic ulcer by chewing a couple 15 min before lunch and dinner.

I bought these DGL tablets to take in the morning on an empty stomach, as I sometimes deal with throat mucus and that uncomfortable post-nasal feeling. The tablets are fairly large but not too hard — easy to bite and chew, with a slightly sweet, pleasant taste. I take one in the morning before food and chew it slowly. I like that the bottle contains 180 tablets, so it lasts a long time and feels like good value. For me, it’s part of a gentle digestive support routine. Might be helpful for those dealing with throat mucus, post-nasal drip, or occasional nasal swelling.

I'm not crazy about prescriptions bc of the potential side-effects, so when two ordered for my stomach acid problems didn't help, I quit them and tried DGL. Wonderful results! I have IBS and maybe SIBO and was on the FODMAP elimination diet, which is very restrictive. With DGL, I can eat just about anything. Two downsides with DGL, though: (1) you have to remember to take it 20 minutes before you eat/drink, and (2) you're supposed to take it a max of three times a day and I need to do it four times (which I'm doing, so far with no problem). Also, DGL is licorice and tastes mildly like it, if that matters to you. Fortunately, I love licorice.

I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and I can't believe how much better my reflux is. I have been sleeping through the night and not taking the OTC medication I was on daily. I was a little skeptical at first but I figured it didn't hurt to try. Bought the small bottle, just ordered my second bottle and bought the large size. Definitely worth trying and I don't mind the flavor.

Yes on these! I discovered Tums can be constipating. And these are a great alternative. They taste great! The effect is immediate. So glad I found these.

I noticed real changes with IBS and bloating after taking this. The chewables are easy to use, and this has become one of those products I always want to keep on hand. I will definitely continue taking it.

This one replaced manuka honey which too expensive.. This product, if we consume as per suggested dosage, lit.. No gastric issue, no burning in stomach nothing, and no need of meds like panto kind of PPIs (acid blockers) which we should not take.. It will took 1 week for me since mine was chronic issue.. I did not faced Any blood pressure issue .. But, if I consume more than suggested dose, i will get head ache.. But I'm so happy because I can eat whatever I want..

I researched ways to taper off Proton Pump Inhibitors (Pantoprazole etc.) and understood that one can experience rebound hyperacidity during this period, causing a worsening of symptoms that results in people continuing to use PPIs. DGL Licorice taken before meals and at bedtime was recommended to alleviate these symptoms, and after having tried it, I am pleased to say it worked for me. This product has a slight licorice taste, slightly sweet, which is fine. Taking this with an H2 receptor antagonist (Ranitidine etc.) worked to let me taper off PPIs and minimized GERD symptoms. Expiry date on bottle is 2 yrs from when product was ordered. Good product, highly recommended.
