The pillow/backrest is great. Nice and firm. I have had it almost half a year now and it has held up well. I like to lay in bed and use my 2 in 1 laptop in tablet mode. This provides good comfort while doing so.The lap desk is great. I sit my wireless keyboard and mouse on it and game from my bed now. Nice and comfortable. I wish the legs was adjustable but it is a near perfect fit for my lap. The extra long pillow that comes with it makes a great arm rest helping to support my mouse arm during extended gaming sessions.You can fit a 15 inch laptop and mouse comfortably on the lap desk. If you are going to use an actual keyboard, I suggest a 60-75% keyboard. A full size is too big for this. I ended up ordering a 60% keyboard just for when gaming and using this. It fits perfectly alongside my mouse. I have plenty of mouse travel space like that but my fullsize keyboard was just too big for the laptdesk to accommodate.Quality is good. Nothing is chipping or falling apart or worping after almost half a year. I am ordering this set for my best friend for Christmas this year. Makes an excellent gift.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but this particular item is super comfortable! I love the head rest! It supports the whole back and the headrest keeps your head from leaning too far back. The tray works well. I wish the cup holder was a little deeper as it’s kinda shallow and if my kid jumps up on the bed, it rattles my drink. Great for watching tv and working or using the iPad. I’m pretty impressed with the combo.

I bought this set as a gift and the pillows are perfect. However, the portable lap desk arrived with some noticeable chipping on top along one of the edges and some cracking underneath in the same area. (The lap desk chip damage is very common for this set; search other reviews and see.) Since I was so satisfied with the pillow, I used Amazon's link to contact the manufacturer in hopes of receiving a replacement lap desk or at least a partial refund for it. The manufacturer emailed me back requesting a picture of the damage. I emailed them pictures of the lap desk defects. They emailed me back to advise that since the order was placed with Amazon, that they didn't have my order information and that I'd need to reach out to Amazon for assistance. I replied to let them know that I in fact did contact them through Amazon's product support link, and then I provided Nestl with my complete order information. They replied again only to say that there was nothing they could do.

I unwrapped the pillow and read the instructions, but I was too impatient to wait 2 days for it to inflate. I massaged and broke up the clumps of filling, and it started to expand. I left it alone for a few hrs and it expanded more and firmed up. There is no smell at all. The covering is a soft velour.The lap table is larger than I expected. The cup holder is the size of a soda can. I have a case on my tablet, so it doesn't fit the slot, but it holds my phone upright for hands-free and video calls. The slot has holes in the bottom, so it facilitates a charging cord. The table is well constructed, and the legs fold in and out easily.Overall, it's a keeper! I would definitely buy it again.

The media could not be loaded.  I can tell that this is a quality product overall, and I really like the look and size of everything. But I recieved a damaged tray table. I attached the video showing how everything memory foam is still expanding and my table is already cracked up. I tried to call for product support, and just had to leave a voicemail after a few minutea, so I hung up. No one should have to spend their hard earned money on a broken product. I would love to continue to use it, until I get reimbursed or sent something better. My delivery guy was careful and this is a strange kind of damage.

For the price, I'm very happy with this pillow. I had been looking for a pillow to use while watching tv in bed, and this pillow was perfect. Gave me better back and neck support then using my existing pillows. The portable lap desk could be better quality. Mine luckly didn't arrive damaged compared to other reviews, but you can see some chipping when you take off the cup holder. Which does tend to fall out easily when moving it around. But I just treat it as bonus included item since I bought this for the pillow.

My daughter just had a medical procedure on her nasal cavity and was miserable because she couldn't lay down to sleep. She would have had to suffer for weeks without being able to sleep upright.Well I remember being in a car accident back in the mid 90s where I had to sleep upright because my leg had to be straight when I laid down. I had a pillow that was very similar to this one. The added benefit of having this pillow is an added desk and the sheer dimensions are comforting to help aide in a restful night sleep.This product was a home run!
