Gonna make this review quick. They’re very sturdy. The pans are easy to wash. The lids are kind of weak. But when you buy them when they’re on the sale price, no argument worth every penny.

Great quality for the price!
Nice heavy duty quality. Very convenient when hosting large parties. The pans hold nice amount of food and I was pleasantly pleased to see how well the pans cleaned up even after reheating baked ziti. Cleaned up quickly and completely leaving the pans looking brand new. Highly recommend!!!

Nice pans!
These are great pans for residential use - probably a little light for a commercial use. Edges are not knife sharp but you want to be careful when handling as I could see where you could slice a finger.

Does not appear to be 22 gauge, tops are very flimsy and easily bent
Despite being listed as 22 gauge and the outer markings on the box indicating that thickness, it appear that the pans/lids are at most 26 gauge, although I did not have a micronometer to verify. While the pans have a rolled edge and given the depth, they are more sturdy, the lids are very flexible and bendable. Also, the edge of the lids are not rolled and therefore rather sharp. The pans and lids are usable and serviceable, but I would not expect their longevity to be too much if they are used frequently. And dropping a lid is sure to bend it. That said, they served their function and are reasonably priced for what they are.
