hi, i have just received this item but one of the buttons is faulty - please can you send me a replacement to arrive before xmas? thanks

I have the same problem with the one I got too.

Would this product be suitable for an 8 month old baby? Thanks

Yes. We got it for my 9 month old for Christmas and she loved it. Still plays with it now at 17 months

Is this a genuine 'FunTime' (i.e., manufacturer's) product? It doesn't say on the page anywhere and there are no images of the packaging.

It sure is! Bought it for my grandson at age 15 months; he loved it; found it very funny even though he had to be given help to press on it. At 2 years now he is still finding it fun to play with .
