I recently purchased the ASUS 14" Rugged & Spill Resistant Chromebook from this seller on Amazon. Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with the product. The Chromebook I received does not power on or charge, which is concerning. I attempted to resolve this under the manufacturer's 12-month warranty, but ASUS informed me that the warranty is not valid for this purchase.I bought the laptop listed as "newest" and "new" in condition. Asus told me that it was possibly refurbished and was not bought from a legitimate seller.I believe this is important information for potential buyers to consider, as it impacts the post-purchase support you can expect. I would advise others to be cautious and verify the warranty coverage and seller legitimacy before making a purchase, to ensure a better buying experience.

This is my 3rd Chromebook, always very pleased. What I don't understand is why does Amazon put a computer in a box that's too big with NO padding whereas they padded my shipment of fungicide, and other 'non sensitive' materials?

For the site to have accurate description
When I got the Chromebook I was so happy it looks so pretty but what it said online was it was 320 GB hard drive and then it said it had a EMC Drive of 64 gigabytes to me that was misleading but I don't think it's the seller's fault it was a misprint it's a 64 GB Chromebook with the 256 GB SD card not what I want so I am returning it for a refund will update soon
