I hated the original curved remote so bad!Such terrible design! Every time it touched something accidentally would changed the channel or the streaming provider and had to re-open the streaming service, finding your program, and starting watching again! Super annoying!I finally came across this FLAT replacement remote control and when I realized they made this one not only flat, but with an indented buttons area, I had to try it!It paired within seconds and works great! Also has 3 extra streaming buttons including Hulu Rockuten tv and web access!Voice control is something I hardly used even on the original remote, but it seems to work. It did what I asked, so I would guess it operates as it should.Very pleased with this remote.

It doesn't want to stay connected and when it does I have to hit the buttons multiple times is a waste of $20 this is my third remote for my Samsung TV and I still have to use my old one that isn't working all the way but works better than the ones I've just bought

This was so easy even for a senior like me who typically has problems with this stuff. Worked as it said it would, thank you now I can use my TV again!

My dog chewed up original remote that came with my TV, this was a perfect replacement.

It has a slow reaction

Could not use remote because we could not remove panel to insert batteries.

This remote worked great for about a month, then it stopped being responsive and buttons would get stuck in what appeared to be a software issue. Now 14 days after Amazons 90 day replacement period it dies. Junk.
