It's good, but it isn't cajun. Still worth the price, so I give it 5 stras anyway...

Excellent Spice
Have purchased this numerous times now, had no issues at all with it, tastes amazing on many foods including home made oven chips, I always buy the larger bags as it lasts longer, as for sell by date, previous one was a couple of months out of date by the time we had finished with it, no issues with flavour or taste

Excellent seasoning, frequently bought
Love this seasoning, bought it multiple times. Bought initially for use in a Cajun jambalaya but I use it to season my chicken and in particular, chicken wings for the nephew. Massive saving on the little pots from stores. Always in the wish list.

Tis is exactly what it says it is. Quality is good, wonderful smell, taste good, quantity is excellent. Packaged well, delivery on time. I have bought other old India herbs and spices and so far never had any cause for concern.
